I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel where they generously provided bathrobes and slippers! Such luxury, who needs room service!
Oh, just the usual, laundry machine instructions in Japanese. But thank goodness for Google Translator!

We loved the hotel's location in a beautiful and convenient area with easy access to transportation, including the railway line and several city buses. Cleanliness was impressive throughout the hotel, including the spacious shower room and toilet room in our excellent room. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel facilities, including a washer machine and YouTube television. The staff was friendly and provided us with water bottles that were replenished regularly.
Nothing bad to say.

The hotel was very comfortable and spacious, perfect for a city break. the location was great, within walking distance to historic sites, museums and good restaurants. Complimentary water bottles and zen music were nice touches that added to the relaxing atmosphere.
The coffee machine in the lobby was only available until early evening which was disappointing for coffee lovers. instructions in English for some appliances would have been helpful as they were difficult to use.

The hotel was conveniently located close to downtown and on the railway line, making it easy to access Kyoto main station. the room was spacious and had a kitchenette, laundry, and separate bathroom, which was great for families. the staff was friendly and helpful with our needs.
The noise from the nearby street was quite noticeable in our room, and it kept me up at night.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and the festive decorations were delightful. The room was spacious and clean with a powerful shower and fluffy duvets. The location was convenient with easy access to the railway line and a variety of great restaurants and authentic shops within walking distance. Plus, the hotel offered free water bottles which were replenished regularly.
We found that many of the devices had only Japanese writing and it was difficult to figure out what each button meant, especially in the humidifier, toilet and washing machine. , the hotel provided Japanese-style dinnerware, which was nice, but I would have preferred a larger coffeecup/mug.
